Mobile Payments
Adelante supports two types of technology for Mobile Payments. Our range of Chip and PIN terminals includes a GPRS terminal that can process payments anywhere you can get a mobile phone signal. These terminals comply with the latest bank security requirements and ensure that any transactions you process
cannot be fraudulent.
In addition to this Adelante also have a mobile phone based payment system called MobilePOS that works on any standard mobile phone including Blackberries, PDAs and the IPhone. Using an application of this nature is fine if you know your customers and are not concerned about the risk of fraud. Because there is no requirement to rent specific hardware MobilePOS can often save you money.
